可以代理这种 raw 代码文件：https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sky22333/hubproxy/refs/heads/main/LICENSE

本地代理是都可以的

BTW, 我的云服务器是要先经过 trojan 代理，不知道是不是这个原因导致的
