This PR does the following:

  • Fix Hide CM option and disable the custom patch. (If it's only with password and there's a permanent password set, the default behavior is to not see the CM window if "allow-hide-cm" is set)
  • Fix Allow Remove Wallpaper
  • Fix custom icon (build was failing due to malformed command)
  • Move changes to setup.nsi to last, as it seems it will be removed from 1.4.2, therefore it would fail.

May fix a part of #112
