This PR must be merged last and does the following:

  • Create separated 64 and 32 Bit Windows options (default to 64 Bit)
  • Move Hide CM to Security since it doesn't change any code anymore
  • Make Dark theme work with 32 Bit Windows build (I think it may also have to be like that for Linux? If it uses Sciter aswell)

TODO: Gray out options for not working code modifications in 32 Bit Windows build (until and if those patches are gonna be made for 32 Bit too)
TODO: Allow only Light or Dark theme on 32 Bit, since it doesn't have System sync theme
